Hello! Welcome to my little internet home! My name is Brynn. I created this site as a sort of accountability project for myself to get healthier and stronger. I currently live by a rule of 90% vegetarianism/10% survival skills, but I’m working on a lifestyle change that will hopefully help me get closer to that 100% vegetarianism (and healthy!) mark. I’ll share my workout schedules, meal plans, and hockey stats. I’ll also share my failings because no one is perfect and that’s ok as long as we get back up and try again.
